AngelWeight® was founded in 2002, by Brian Roberts, Dr Leisa Bennett, Dr Leona Ellis, Jack Ashby, and Dr Peter Valleras. Jack Ashby, and Brian Roberts were both members and instructors of the United Kingdom Royal marines, and after leaving the service. Both had a strong interest in finding ways in which to increase strength, and endurance, and to get new recruits to shed excess weight.
After leaving the service, they began to train security organisations, police, boxers, military, martial artists, athletes, in the system that they devised, so that they could lose weight, and improve fitness. After teaming with a team of nutritionists, the system was refined and made more applicable to people that were overweight.
The AngelWeight® program was born out of the harsh requirements of some of the fittest people in the world, and the system has been developed to get the best weight loss results.
